Educational Field Trips & Zero-PII Student Architecture

In connection with our open-source expedition logistics curriculum, Vehicle Routing Problem (VRPTW) dispatch tools, and STEM classroom discovery labs, we adhere to a strict Zero-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) standard. No student names, home addresses, phone numbers, individual itineraries, or biometric data are ever collected, transmitted, or stored on our servers. All classroom logistics operate exclusively on anonymous headcount tallies and isolated, ephemeral computing sandboxes.

Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) Rights

As an Oregon-based creative studio, we honor all rights provided under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA). Oregon residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, obtain a portable copy of their data, request correction of inaccuracies, and request full deletion of their data. We do not engage in consumer profiling, automated decision-making with legal effects, or targeted cross-context behavioral advertising.

Public Event Photography & Courtesy Removal Protocol

We photograph public cultural gatherings, community bicycle rides, street celebrations, and scenic landscapes in accordance with Oregon and US public space laws. If a photograph of you taken in a public setting appears in our portfolio and you would prefer it removed, please contact us at contact@philgearphotography.com with the image link, and we will promptly and courteously honor your request.
