Public Space Photography & Courtesy Removal

Photographs taken in public spaces and community festivals are captured in accordance with Oregon law. While public space photography is legally protected, we hold deep respect for individual comfort. Anyone depicted in our public portfolio galleries may request courteous image removal by emailing contact@philgearphotography.com.

Sharing Your Content

If you choose to provide us with any content, like comments or photos for editing, you are giving Phil Gear Photography permission to use, copy, and make changes to that content. We will only do this to provide the specific service you asked for, always with respect for your creative input.
